Le Monde Béryl offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all footwear is tried on a carpeted surface to prevent damage to the delicate leather soles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original Le Monde Béryl dust bags and branded box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected by our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
